Beki is the Project Manager of a new Church of England Housing Project funded by and part of Archbishops Council. The £4.25million project spanning 5 years, will provide support and advocacy along with grant funding and a GIS mapping tool, to dioceses and churches that want to explore opportunities to develop housing for those most in need. Beki comes to this role from the Faith in Affordable Housing Team at Housing Justice where she worked with all church denominations at both a local, regional and national level, promoting and enabling affordable housing development.
Beki is an accredited community led housing advisor, founder and chair of her local Community Land Trust and Board Development Lead at Mitre Housing Association. Having previously worked in homelessness for many years, witnessing the harsh realities of rough sleeping, Beki is motivated by the desire to ensure everyone has a Safe, Stable, Sociable, Sustainable and Satisfying home.
Beki lives in South Cumbria where she is a member of a small cohousing group and is hoping to build a new home for her family this year while living on site in a caravan.

He oversees strategic policy and guidance and the assessment affordable housing and viability in strategic applications for the GLA. He is a co-author of the London Plan and led on the Mayor’s Affordable Housing and Viability Guidance. John helped to set up

He oversees strategic policy and guidance and the assessment affordable housing and viability in strategic applications for the GLA. He is a co-author of the London Plan and led on the Mayor’s Affordable Housing and Viability Guidance. John helped to set up and has chaired the London Authorities Viability Group for the last nine years. He has given evidence at a range of planning appeals and has appeared before Examinations in Public, the House of Commons Housing Select Committee and the London Assembly Planning and Housing Committees. He holds a Masters degree with distinction in Urban Planning and Regeneration and first class BA honours in Geography.

After beginning his journey in the public sector, where he specialized in Contaminated Land and Planning, Wayne established Atriarc Planning in 2011. The consultancy flourished, earning recognition as the RTPI Small Planning Consultancy of the Year (UK and NI) in 2020.
With a passion for creating meaningful change, Wayne has worked on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential housing projects. His commitment to the community extends far beyond his professional work. Over the years, he has volunteered in various influential roles with the RTPI, DCfW, and CLA, championing development and innovation. Currently, Wayne serves as an Independent Member of Glas Cymru, where he undertakes a volunteer Governance role, seeking to ensure that Dŵr Cymru stays dedicated to delivering exceptional water and sewerage services to communities.
Wayne’s dedication to sustainable living is also evident on his family farm, which he has transformed over the past six years. Driven by his passion for environmental stewardship and efficiency, he has implemented a rainwater harvesting and storage system to support rotational grazing, installed a solar PV system, and initiated broader land management improvements. These forward-thinking initiatives have reduced production costs while enhancing the farm’s environmental footprint.
A former installer customer of Kensa's, Stuart joined the business in 2015, bringing a wealth of renewables experience both in academia and practice. Stuart is a long-standing member of MCS and industry stakeholder working groups.

Jonathan was instrumental in creating the Forum for Church Housing, which brings together the various Church of England institutions involved in housing to foster a more joined up approach to delivering affordable homes across the Church. He also worked with the Nationwide Foundation to launch the 'Homes for All' initiative, which is calling for a 25 year national housing strategy, backed up by a statutory housing committee.
