We invite you to become a core member of the Housing Landscape UK 2026 Advisory Committee.

The HLUK Advisory Committee unites senior decision-makers across housing, infrastructure, finance, and energy, ensuring the conference drives delivery — not just discussion.

The committee will be chaired by a recognised leader in UK housing and decarbonisation, supported by a nominated Deputy Chair.

Members are drawn from:

• UK Government, DESNZ, DLUHC and devolved administrations
• Local authorities, combined authorities and planning bodies
• Housing associations, local housing companies, and large residential landlords
• Retrofit programme leads, PAS2035/2038 coordinators and project delivery bodies
• Heat pump, solar, battery and energy system manufacturers
• Finance and investment institutions (green mortgages / ESG / SHDF funders)
• Grid and district heating infrastructure partners
• Construction, engineering, MMC and technology innovators
• Academia, climate think tanks, retrofit skills bodies and training organisations

Members are selected for their influence, delivery track record, and commitment to accelerating the UK’s housing decarbonisation agenda.

As an HLUK2026 Advisory Committee member, you will:

• Act as an ambassador of HLUK2026 at all times
• Attend committee meetings (April 2026 – November 2026)
• Participate in the onsite Advisory Committee meeting in London (April 2026 – date TBC)
• Shape panel themes, session framing, and speaker recommendations
• Use your industry networks to support:
   ◦ Speaker nominations
   ◦ Delegate & sponsor participation
   ◦ Event visibility across the housing and retrofit ecosystem
• Provide insight on delivery challenges (skills, funding routes, procurement, planning)
• Optionally lead or support focus groups on:
   ◦ Resident engagement & social value
   ◦ Zero Bills Housing & solar mandates
   ◦ Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund / PRS scheme delivery
   ◦ Digital asset management & data-driven housing

Objective of the Committee:

Make HLUK2026 the UK's definitive platform for housing decarbonisation, large-scale retrofit delivery, and zero-bills housing innovation.

HLUK Advisory Committee members receive:
