Are you passionate about the housing landscape in the UK? Do you want to make a lasting impact and be recognised as a leader in the field? We invite you to become a vital part of the HLUK 2025 Advisory Committee!  

• The Advisory Committee will be headed by a local representative active in the UK Housing market
• The Chairman is supported by one deputy Chairman (nominated by the Chairman) 
• Members are recruited from: government agencies, regulators, MPs, landlord and property managers, tenant representatives, legal and policy experts, building safety and remediation specialist, financial and funding representatives, environmental and sustainability experts, community engagement and communication specialist, faith based organisation, service companies and technology providers, international housing organizations, housing associations, consultancies and academic institutions. 
• Members serve as volunteers over an event period and are selected for their industry knowledge, experience and expertise within all areas of the UK housing landscape sectors. 

• At all times act as an Ambassador of HLUK 2025. 
• Personally participate in committee meetings (between November 2024 – June 2025) and actively contribute to the discussions. It is the aim of the committee to help shape and ensure the strategic development of HLUK for future growth (become recognised as the leading housing show across the UK and countries with key interest in the UK housing landscape). There will be ONE onsite advisory committee meeting in London on February 2025 (exact date TBD)
• Using company and industry networks, Advisory Committee members are encouraged to reach out and spread the word concerning HLUK 2025 and encourage participation (eg: conference speakers, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, visitors).  
• Members are encouraged to ensure their own organisation takes an active role within HLUK 2025 (eg: conference speakers, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, visitors). 
• Throughout the duration of 2024 and 2025 membership, the Chairman may request some members to act as chairs and/or advisors of specialist sub committees (eg: spotlight on social housing, plus additional new features), with the aim of further developing and maintaining HLUK unique model and individuality from other regional and global housing events, ensuring HLUK becomes recognised as the ‘definitive’ UK platform and ‘must attend’ show for the geographical markets that it serves. 

• All members are actively promoted and acknowledged as Advisory Committee members on the official HLUK 2025 website. Please note, you are requested to provide the organisers (EL) with a copy of your official ‘head shot’ photo and short biography for publication. 
• Advisory Committee members are personally entitled to ‘free of charge’ attendance at the HLUK 2025 Conference sessions.
• Invitations to attend HLUK 2025 social events pre, during and post show.
